Who we are
Found Hope exists because no family should face this alone.
Our story
Found Hope Foundation was started by someone who has seen what addiction does to families — not just to the person struggling, but to everyone who loves them.
Two to four sentences in your own voice will go here: what you witnessed through your involvement in NA, the families you saw suffering, what moved you to act, and what you want to change. This will be the most powerful part of the page.
What we kept seeing was this: families were suffering quietly. They didn't know who to call. They didn't feel like they deserved support — after all, they weren't the ones using. And many of them were too ashamed to ask for help.
Found Hope was built to change that. One anonymous call at a time.
What we believe
- Families of people struggling with addiction deserve support — not just the person using.
- Anonymity is not a barrier. It's a feature. People reach out when they feel safe.
- Lived experience is the most powerful form of understanding.
- Hope is not naive. It is the most realistic response to a situation that can change.
- No family should have to pay to feel less alone.
Our mission
Found Hope Foundation provides free, anonymous emotional support to families of individuals struggling with substance addiction — connecting them with trained volunteer navigators who have walked the same path, so no family ever has to face it alone.
Our approach
We are not a therapy service. We are not a crisis line. We are not a treatment referral agency.
We are people who have been in your shoes, picking up the phone when you finally decide to reach out.
Our volunteer navigators are trained family members of people who've struggled with addiction. They listen without judgment, offer perspective, share hope, and help you find your next step — whatever that looks like for you.
Every call is anonymous. Every call is free. Every call is one-on-one.
